Monitor and manage patient conditions, administer medications, and respond to emergencies (e.g., stroke, sepsis, trauma, MI, cardiac arrest) per established protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary ED teams, participate in patient flow, and assist with high‑acuity and low‑acuity cases as needed. Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record for orders, documentation, and communication with team members; maintain accurate and complete records. Provide patient and family education, discharge planning, and referrals as appropriate; ensure safety, infection control, and quality standards are upheld. Requirements Active New York RN license (NURSYS verification required) and licensure for all RN licenses as applicable. 2+ years of ED experience with some pediatric exposure; travel experience required. Current AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS; TNCC required to be in hand. EMR experience: EPIC. Ability to work in a fast‑paced ED environment; floating may be required. Driver’s license with address that matches demographics; RTO (time off) must be included at time of submission. Local candidates within 75 miles may qualify for the local rate.
