Loan Operations Administrator Reconciliation Location: West Sahara The Loan Operations Administrator is responsible for performing duties related to loan operations servicing, specializing in processing complex loan transactions, preparation of specialized billings on direct/agented loans, and reviewing various system generated reports to ensure proper monitoring. Responsibilities: Processes loan transactions, including complex increases, roll-overs, pay-downs, commitment reductions, etc. Preparation/review of loan documents and form in relation to servicing activities. Preparation of interest and fee billings on specialized agency facility loans and commitments Process interest, commitment fees, and investigate discrepancies when necessary. Preparation of GL entries as required. Review various system generated reports to ensure proper monitoring of the facilities. Requirements: 1+ years of related experience in Loan Administration, Lending and/or Deposit Sales, or similar field. High school diploma required. Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services. Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices. Knowledge of one or more loan types. Proficient in multi-tasking in a team oriented environment and focused on the highest standards of client service. Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
