Below are some of the responsibilities as a Potawatomi Casino Hotel Sports Bar Bar Back

1. Ensure bars are kept clean and stocked with bottle inventory, glassware, mixers, ice, and cleaning supplies. Assist with bar cleanup during busy periods and perform assigned cleaning tasks at the beginning and end of shift. Empty trash cans as needed
2. Keep the inventory room stocked and clean at all times.
3. Maintain complete knowledge of Casino Beverage Service to include beverage selections, specials, promotions, events, and policies

What you need:

1. The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts, including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
2. The ability to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects up to 60 pounds on a regular basis and up to 160 pounds occasionally, with assistance.
3. The ability to use basic math skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and counting using whole numbers.
4. The ability to use strong organizational skills and attention to detail to accurately handle multiple job duties and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

1. A high school diploma or equivalent
2. Responsible Alcohol and ServSafe certifications.
3. Previous bar service, bar backing, warehouse, and/or stocking
