Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues in automated and semi‑automated welding machinery. Maintain and service orbital welding systems, including weld heads, power supplies, and gas delivery systems. Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) programs to ensure equipment reliability and longevity. Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components associated with welding systems. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize welding processes and equipment performance. Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation. Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of new welding equipment. Ensure compliance with safety standards, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.
