Job Overview A law firm seeks a Social Security Disability Attorney to join its practice in Des Moines, IA. The attorney will manage a substantial caseload and must possess experience with Social Security Disability hearings. Duties Guide clients through the case process. Prepare for and attend hearings and court appearances. Handle active caseload on a day-to-day basis. Delegate work and responsibilities among case staff. Requirements Law degree from a fully accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association. Minimum of 2+ years of Social Security Disability experience. Ability to manage a high volume of cases. Excellent client service and communication skills. Self-starter driven by long-term career goals. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills. Education Law degree from an accredited institution. Certifications Active membership with the State Bar Association. Skills Client service and communication. Case management.
