Paralegal - Legal Holds

Supporting a national litigation team, the full-time Paralegal - Legal Holds will manage investigations, evidence preservation, and document organization while working remotely from any state where the firm has an office. Key Responsibilities Performs investigation and file management duties related to legal hold and litigation discovery requests under attorney supervision Obtains and manages client documents, identifying potentially relevant materials for cases Coordinates efforts between client personnel, attorneys, and outside vendors while maintaining organized evidentiary data Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required; a degree in paralegal studies or a Paralegal Certificate is a plus Minimum 1-2+ years of litigation paralegal experience Experience with legal holds and evidence preservation is a plus Proficiency with data entry and familiarity with document management systems Demonstrated professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information
