Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Execution: Read and interpret blueprints or installation drawings to assemble.  Proactively communicate any site deviations or additional requirements to the Project Manager.
• Logistics & Asset Management: Correctly load products according to delivery tickets, transport them securely, and maintain company assets (trucks, forklifts, tools, and equipment) in optimal, ready-to-use condition.
• Coordination & Safety: Proactively liaise with project and warehouse managers to receive assignments, maintain a clean and safe work environment, remove all tools and debris post-installation, and uphold the highest standards of professional conduct.
• Documentation & Returns: Return excess, damaged, or sample products as necessary. Accurately complete paperwork and maintain detailed logs of mileage, expenses, and time in compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Special Projects: Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as directed by executive management to support operational goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in product installation, field service, logistics, or a related hands-on technical role.
• Skills: strong technical aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, and superior communication and customer service abilities.
