About the Position

Agency staff do not have guaranteed hours and may be downstaffed if the operational need is not present. Alternatively, agency staff may be reassigned to an open shift later in the week or floated to another unit or care site to maintain contracted hours. This position requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Candidates must be flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced setting. Effective communication skills are essential for this role. Additional responsibilities may include patient assessments, medication administration, and collaboration with the healthcare team. Candidates should be committed to providing high-quality patient care.
