*Description*
The individual would help us out with the following:
* Monitoring of services and communication of issues to TIS leadership team
o Exchange Online
o Power Apps
o Entra ID
o Azure Compute
o Teams
o SharePoint Online
o OneDrive
o Office Apps
* Provide tier-one troubleshooting of above services, and interact with our MS support provider for higher-level troubleshooting
* Basic management tasks such as user/group and policy management and changes following OIT change management processes
* Identity management monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting
o Synchronization from on-premises Active Directory
o Conditional Access
o MFA
* Microsoft Graph API
* Other M365 tasks as identified
* Maintain best practices for systems configurations and IT security and follow least-privilege model
* Work with team to establish systems maintenance and management processes
* Document processes for routine tasks, activities, and processes

*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Terre Haute, IN.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
