Job title: Line Cooks
The Griddle is a fast-paced, high-end breakfast and lunch establishment currently looking for motivated, hard-working candidates to join and grow with our Griddle Family. We offer VERY competitive pay, on shift meals, percentage matched 401k and eligibility for full health benefits after 60 days. Enjoy a great work/life balance with our hours of operation being 7am-2pm, no nights!
Hours Available: Full time / part time
Position: Line Cook (Location)
Job Summary:- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays; in our industry these are the money makers!
- Be able to multitask while maintaining cleanliness and producing high quality
- Assist other areas as needed or when directed to; WE ARE A TEAM.
- Share the family vision and support The Griddle way, every time
- Be open to constructive feedback and adapt to change
- Excellent attendance and punctuality, a must that is always rewarded

Since 1948, the Griddle has been a family owned & operated business that has tremendous presence throughout the Treasure Valley, building professional relationships with other local businesses, like our friends at Meridian Meats. All the while building personal relationships with local folks who have since become family; loving not just our Good Cookin' menu built from family recipes and favorites, but our fun-lovin' family environment enough to visit all of our locations including Winnemucca, NV!
