job summary: Support the successful launch and adoption of Moderation Hub by developing and coordinating the integrated launch readiness strategy across Product, Ad Policy/Moderation, Operations, PMM, L&D, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and other partner teams. location: Hoboken, New Jersey job type: Contract salary: $45 - 55 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors Responsibilities Readiness Strategy and program integration Develop and manage the integrated launch and readiness strategy that aligns all readiness workstreams toward successful Moderation hub rollout. Develop and maintain the integrated Launch & Readiness Strategy and plan Define the overall readiness approach, sequencing, milestones, and governance model Translate launch objectives into coordinated work across Training, Communications, Business Readiness, and Technical Readiness. Facilitate cross-functional planning to define launch activities and resolve gaps Establish readiness criteria and facilitate launch checkpoints. Proactively identify risks to launch and readiness and work with functional owners to develop mitigation plans.
