Eclectic Products LA Facility New Hire BonusAll New Hires at the Willamette Valley Co – Eclectic Products, LA facility, to include a one-time $1,000.00 bonus for all new hires.Summary:This position requires that employee stand in a central location for long periods of time to operate and maintain machine.Primary Duties:Keep machine running continuously.Make all necessary machine changes to accommodate the size of tubes being produced.Clean machine daily.Stay current and knowledgeable on piping system.Trouble-shoot any problems that may arise with the equipment.Perform set-up and change over on all filling machines.Make sure appropriate materials are in the right machines.Research and recommend product improvementsAbility to demonstrate and learn the following levelsLevel 1Product Package AssemblyBlister Seal / Alignment InspectionContainer InspectionDate Code - Batch Number ProcessingTube/Cartridge QC InspectionScrap Separation & DocumentationCardboard Waste DisposalNon-Essential Duties:Maintain clean and safe work spacePerform miscellaneous duties as requested by supervisorExperience:High school diploma or general education degree (GED).Minimum of six (6) months related experience and / or training in a manufacturing / production environment.OR equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job.
