Operating Room RN – Operating Room

Shifts available: 0600-1500, 1030-1900, 1430-2300, 0600-1900, 1030-2300. Breaks: 30-minute meal + two 15-minute breaks. Call requirements (6-week cycle): 2 primary weekday calls (2230-0600), 2 secondary weekday calls (2230-0600), 2 primary weekend calls (one 12-hr day: 0630-1900 or 1830-0600; Sat and/or Sun), 2 secondary weekend calls (one 12-hr day: 0630-1900 or 1830-0600; Sat and/or Sun).

Guaranteed hours: Facility may call off once per two-week pay period.

Requirements: CA RN license (must be in hand), BLS/BCLS certification, minimum 2 years of experience required (1 year in some cases), experience with orthopedic joint/trauma and spine procedures (laminectomy, discectomy, fusions), prior experience with neuro cases and robotic-assisted cases (Da Vinci Xi) preferred, must disclose any prior employment history with the organization, if applicable, required local credential: LA fire card within the last 30 days (candidate responsible for cost).

Compliance / Notes: Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day). Return staff eligibility: Can return after 3 months. Parking fees: Hang-tag $10; Key-card $35; payroll deduction options available.
