Responsibilities Operate and maintain industrial presses, saw cutting equipment, and EDM machinery to shape metal components. Execute precise sheet metal fabrication tasks, including cutting and bending, to meet exact engineering standards. Perform assembly and alignment duties, ensuring every piece meets rigorous quality control benchmarks. Conduct thorough inspections of finished goods to identify defects and ensure compliance with industry specifications. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all established safety protocols and operational guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and participate in cross-training initiatives. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints, sketches, and engineering drawings. Hands-on experience using precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Basic computer literacy for navigating production systems and internal communications. Preferred Skills Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, including 5S, standard work, and waste reduction.
