BIGGBY COFFEE of Wickliffe is looking for an energetic, motivated, and people-focused General Manager to lead our team and help deliver an outstanding customer experience every day.

This is a great opportunity for someone with restaurant, retail, hospitality, or team leadership experience who enjoys working with people, developing employees, and creating a positive work environment.

As General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, support your team, maintain high service standards, and help drive the success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of baristas and shift leaders
• Create a positive, welcoming environment for customers and employees
• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Train, coach, and develop team members
• Create schedules and support staffing needs
• Ensure excellent customer service and product quality
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and company standards
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and daily operational needs
• Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively
• Support sales growth and store performance goals

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, coffee shop, retail, or hospitality management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent customer service mindset
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
