Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm
Payrate: $16.90


Position Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse. This position helps ensure customers receive accurate orders on time and plays an important role in inventory control.

Essential Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify product quantities.
• Unload trucks safely using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
• Pick customer orders accurately using pick tickets or RF scanners.
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load outbound trucks according to shipping schedules.
• Label products and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Keep warehouse aisles and work areas clean and organized.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Report damaged merchandise or equipment issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse team members and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, and walk for extended periods.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Experience using RF scanners is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Stand and walk for an entire shift.
• Frequent reaching, bending, and climbing.
