Your Responsibilities

• Assist with specimen collection and properly prepare samples for analysis when necessary.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new team members or students, and contribute to maintaining high quality standards in the lab.
• Uphold a safe and tidy working environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a comparable allied health degree with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Continuously maintain certification throughout your time of employment.
