Operations Program Manager

To enhance data visibility and operational efficiency, the full-time remote Program Manager, Data Operations will build a consolidated reporting infrastructure, manage funnel analytics, and support project management initiatives while reporting directly to the COO. Key responsibilities: Establish a reliable single source of truth by reconciling core systems with existing tracking spreadsheets Develop dashboards for leadership to monitor performance and analyze conversion rates across the patient funnel Track experiments and campaign analytics to identify workflow gaps and improve patient retention and acquisition Required qualifications: Proven experience in building reporting and analytics infrastructure from the ground up Proficiency in SQL, spreadsheets, and familiarity with BI tools Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage requests from multiple teams Experience in healthcare, finance, or regulated industries is a plus
