Responsibilities for Lead Mail Room Assistant include but are not limited to:

· Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail across departments

· Handle outgoing mail and packages (UPS, FedEx, USPS)

· Process and apply correct postage using mail machines

· Maintain records of outgoing mail and postage usage

· Coordinate daily mailroom operations and assist with admin tasks

Candidates for Lead Mail Room Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· 1-2 years of mailroom or similar operations experience

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and manage priorities

· Basic computer/data entry and communication skills

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Shift: Onsite / Monday - Friday / 08:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $19.00 to $19.85 per hour
