Marketing Operations Specialist

We have the vision. We know the strategy. We have no shortage of ideas. We’re looking for someone who loves turning all of that into reality. This role sits at the center of a large, fast-moving marketing operation. You’ll take ideas and initiatives from “we should do this” to built, implemented, measured, and working. You’ll solve problems, build systems, improve processes, connect teams, implement technology, and untangle the inevitable “balls of twine” that come with operating at scale. You won’t always be handed a playbook. Sometimes you’ll need to figure out what the playbook should be, build it, and then make sure the work actually gets done. What this role is: This is a high-ownership execution role. You’ll have significant autonomy to figure out how to get from A to B. We care about outcomes more than prescribing exactly how you get there. You’ll be expected to see around corners, identify what’s getting in the way, make decisions, create structure where it’s missing, and relentlessly close loops. You should be comfortable going deep into the details without needing someone constantly checking behind you - curiosity is huge. You should have experience building with AI—not just using ChatGPT to write something faster. We want someone curious about how AI can eliminate manual work, improve workflows, connect information, build internal tools, and fundamentally change how a marketing operation runs. What this role is NOT: This is not a marketing strategy position. The vision, ideas, and strategy already exist. This is not an analyst role. It’s not a role for someone who wants to make recommendations and hand them to someone else to execute. It’s not project management where your primary job is running a team, scheduling meetings, updating timelines, and asking other people for status updates. And it’s not a role where every priority, next step, or decision will be laid out for you. We want someone who can take an outcome and goal, own it independently, figure out what needs to happen, and stay on it until it's actually done. You’ll have access, trust, and room to run. With that comes a high bar for ownership and follow-through.
