Pay is dependent on years of experience Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA account 401k Offered FSA Account Paid Time Off Schedule: Days – participate in Rotating Weekends What the Physical Therapist will be doing: Delivers exceptional, patient-focused care by overseeing the full scope of therapy services for an assigned patient population in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team. Conducts comprehensive evaluations, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, and works to achieve patient goals while promoting engagement and a positive care experience. Provides and coordinates therapeutic interventions to support patients throughout their recovery and across the continuum of care. Qualifications for the Physical Therapist: Open to NEW GRADS Physical Therapist State Licensure Required BCLS – obtain within 30 days of hire
