Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources. \n
- Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. \n
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client, including specific goals and interventions to measure progress. \n
- Collaborate consistently with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and enhance treatment efficacy. \n
- Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning when necessary to ensure client safety and well-being. \n
- Maintain meticulous, timely documentation in alignment with professional ethical standards and legal compliance. \n
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to enhance client insights and coping strategies. \n

- A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required. \n
- Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
