Parts Delivery Specialist

POSITION INFORMATION:

TheParts Driveris responsible fordelivering parts to customerstimelyand courtesy.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pick up and deliver parts and equipment to the dealership. Coordinate orders for pick up from customers, satellite stores or vendors with the Parts Manager, parts departmentstaffand/or the Parts Shipping/Receiving Clerk. Obtain recipient’s signature upon delivery and maintain a log of delivery times. Unloadtruckeach night and return all documents and undelivered parts to the Parts Department. Maintain basic upkeep of the delivery truck; check oil with each fill-up; lubricate monthly and schedule safety inspections. Collect payment from wholesale customers. Follow all company and manufacturer policies,directivesand procedures. Comply withrequired health and safety regulations. Perform any other duties asrequired.

REQUIREMENTS:
