You will conduct routine vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, report security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, contractors, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a utilities location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, operational areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to assigned areas, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain required activity logs.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
