Join a high-performing, fast-paced anesthesia team in beautiful Virginia Beach! We’re seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to support a dynamic care team across three hospital sites, including a Level 1 Trauma Center and two community hospitals.\n

\n Position Highlights:\n
\n• Care Team Model: 1:4 supervision ratio with 30+ Anesthesiologists and 70+ CRNAs\n
\n• Case Mix: Large Vascular, Neuro, High-Risk OB/GYN, Ortho, General, Thoracic\n
\n(No Peds or Hearts required for locums)\n
\n• Procedures: CRNAs independently administer drugs and perform:\n
\n• Epidurals, spinals, arterial lines\n
\n• Arterial catheters, lumbar epidural catheters, spinal anesthesia\n
\n(No brachial plexus or regional blocks)\n
\n• Hospital Size: 700 beds\n
\n• Patient Volume: Varies by site\n
\n✅ Requirements:\n
\n• Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience\n
\n• Level 1 Trauma experience required\n
\n• Comfortable in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment\n
\n• Eligible for Virginia licensure\n
