We’re Seeking a Compassionate Classroom Aide As a Classroom Aide , you’ll play a critical role in supporting students with autism and other special needs, ensuring they receive the individualized attention they need to thrive. Qualifications Key Responsibilities Provide one‑on‑one support to students in kindergarten through 12th grade. Engage in family outreach and school‑based activities. Participate in professional development and training. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to implement IEP goals. Assist in crisis intervention and de‑escalation techniques. Document student progress and behavioral observations. Ideal Candidates Have High school diploma/GED or higher (experience in special education preferred). At least 1 year of experience working with students with special needs or autism. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
