Job Title: Site Coordinator

Work Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• This is a critical, customer-facing position serving as the primary point of contact for executive administrative teams, including C-suite executives.
• Responsibilities include event planning, conference room setup, coordination of special events, space management and relocations, reporting, and general administrative support.

Role Breakdown:

• 70% Hospitality & Workplace Experience
  • Conference room scheduling and setup
  • Workplace walkthroughs and inspections
  • Monitoring hoteling spaces, offices, and common areas
  • Ensuring a best-in-class employee and visitor experience
  • Identifying facility issues and submitting maintenance requests
• 25% Administrative Support
  • Managing service tickets
  • Responding to employee requests
  • Conference room reservations
  • Space planning coordination and workplace support
• 5% Executive Event Support
  • Supporting four annual Board of Directors meetings
  • Delivering an exceptional experience for executive leadership and guests

Skills & Qualifications:

• Hospitality, workplace experience, facilities, or office services background
• Strong executive presence and professionalism
• Comfortable interacting with senior leadership
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
