Registered Nurse - Med/Surg TeleLocation: Reno, NVAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule: 3x12 Hour Shifts, DaysJob Description: The Registered Nurse provides optimal patient care utilizing knowledge and skills within the nursing process. This role is accountable for individualized patient outcomes over an entire episode of care, delivering comprehensive nursing services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, including their families and caregivers.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and treat human responses to health problems.Provide patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.Coordinate care between other professionals as needed.Engage with the families or significant others as part of the assessment and care process.Demonstrate knowledge of cognitive and psychosocial needs specific to the served population.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureNV RN license required prior to start.Must have 2+ years of Med Surg/Tele experience.Prior travel experience of one 13-week assignment required.Current BLS and ACLS certifications.Must pass a telemetry competency exam including identifying and measuring telemetry rhythm strips.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
