Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health | Bergen County, NJ | PRN & Part-Time | $65 - $85 Per Visit.

Stern at Home Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes throughout Bergen County, NJ .

Choose between part-time W-2 employment with benefits or a flexible PRN opportunity based on your availability.

What You'll Do:

• As an Occupational Therapist with Stern at Home Therapy, you will evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric patient population in their homes throughout Bergen County.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide one-on-one treatments based on each patient's functional needs and goals.
• Manage individualized treatment plans with clinical autonomy.
• Help patients improve independence, safety, mobility, and their ability to perform daily activities.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and members of the clinical team.
• Coordinate with our administrative team regarding scheduling, patient care, and logistics.
• Build and manage your caseload based on your availability and preferred coverage area within Bergen County.

Compensation:

Part-Time W-2:

• $65 per follow-up visit.
• $75 per 4-unit evaluation.

PRN:

• $72 per 4-unit follow-up visit.
• $85 per evaluation.

Qualifications:

• A n active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in New Jersey is required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home-based setting.
• Home health experience is preferred but not required.
