Marketing Campaign Coordinator

Job Posting External Primary Responsibilities Support the company’s marketing automation program by building and maintaining campaigns within the enterprise marketing automation platform. Create and maintain campaign components, including target audiences, email assets, scheduling requirements, campaign attributes, and related system setup. Coordinate with Retail Marketing and Marketing Analytics to ensure campaign requirements are implemented accurately and consistently. Support user acceptance testing and quality checks for campaign and email execution to help ensure campaigns are delivered according to established standards and timelines. Support lead generation processes by helping ensure campaign responses, form submissions, and other lead sources are processed accurately through the marketing automation platform and CRM. Monitor lead flow between systems, review data for completeness, and coordinate with appropriate teams to resolve lead routing, data transfer, or campaign setup issues. Maintain established lead processing procedures and support consistent use of lead generation requirements across campaigns and regions. Support marketing campaign execution by reviewing campaign requests, confirming required information, building target audiences, coordinating email schedules, and helping maintain campaign documentation. Work with internal systems and third-party data sources to identify and prepare account and contact information needed for campaign audiences. Assist with campaign calendar coordination and communicate status updates to appropriate stakeholders to support timely and accurate campaign delivery. Ensure process and approval guidelines are adhered to. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Operations, or related business field Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED Must have valid driving privileges Occasional travel (0-5%) Preferred Qualifications One to three years’ experience in Marketing or a similar role. Experience with email marketing, marketing automation, CRM systems, or related campaign execution tools. Experience building campaign audiences, supporting email deployment, and coordinating campaign schedules preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functional areas. Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow established processes, and support timely execution of marketing campaigns. This is an on-site position at the New Bremen, OH location.
