Associate Director, Customer Master & Identity Products
Revolution Medicines
Revolution Medicines seeks an Associate Director to lead strategy and delivery of enterprise Commercial and Medical data products for international markets, primarily Europe and Japan. This role translates regional business priorities into scalable product capabilities while partnering across commercial, analytics, engineering, and technology teams to drive measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy and roadmap for Commercial and Medical data products supporting Europe, Japan, and future international markets
- Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and regional teams to translate priorities into scalable product capabilities
- Prioritize investments that improve launch readiness, customer engagement, and operational efficiency
- Ensure data products meet governance, quality, interoperability, privacy, and compliance standards
- Measure and optimize product success through adoption metrics, business outcomes, and user satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Analytics, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in product management, commercial analytics, or enterprise data solutions
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable product strategies
- Experience with data governance, privacy, compliance, and data quality frameworks
- Proficiency evaluating technology options: build vs. buy vs. partner approaches
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Knowledge of AI, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics applications in business
