Details Work in a diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab, including EP lab, hybrid OR, and interventional radiology settings Day shift schedule of 4x10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Overnight, weekend, and holiday call required Epic charting system experience required Floating to similar units within scope as needed, with brief unit orientation provided Requirements Active OK or Compact RN license required at time of consideration BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required in hand Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab RN experience required EP experience preferred Proficiency in cath lab procedures such as diagnostic and interventional catheterizations, PCI, TAVR, IABP, and vascular closure devices Experience with cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia management, and procedural sedation monitoring Skilled in starting and maintaining IV therapy Additional Information Responsibilities include circulating procedures, sheath removal/monitoring, and managing vascular closure systems May assist with EP procedures such as cardiac ablation, mapping, and pacemaker insertion First-time travelers are welcome to apply Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not accepted for this position Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least one year before returning as a traveler No travel pairs or groups accepted for this assignment RTO must be submitted at time of consideration, with no more than 3 days auto-approved and none permitted during the first week of orientation American Traveler Job ID P-732837.
