CT Technologist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CT Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing CT imaging procedures and providing high-quality patient care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Executing CT scans and imaging studies according to departmental protocols.
• Maintaining and operating CT equipment, ensuring optimal performance and imaging quality.
• Reviewing and analyzing images to assist in the diagnostic process.
• Starting intravenous lines as needed for contrast administration.
• Documenting patient information and scan results accurately using the electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Collaborating with radiologists and healthcare teams to enhance patient care.

The Radiology department features:

• 3 scanners, including 2 GE models and 1 Siemens model.
• Daily average of 20-30 scans performed.
• Utilization of EPIC and Fuji Synapse for imaging and record-keeping.

Qualifications include:

• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Registered as a CT Technologist by ARRT (CT).
• Registered as a Radiologic Technologist by ARRT (R).

Work schedule includes:

Shifts include 12-hour days from 9 AM to 9:30 PM, with weekend requirements and potential holiday assignments. On-call shifts may also be expected, with a commitment of 2 shifts per month.

Dress code requires navy blue tops and black pants. Scrubs are not provided.

This position is located in a facility in San, CA.

Department-specific orientation will be provided to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
