Qualifications:

• Current RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification required
• Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or therapeutic settings is preferred
• Strong communication and observational skills
• A collaborative approach and willingness to take direction from supervising clinicians
• Reliability and professionalism for onsite, full-time hours (37.5 per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on student behaviors and progress
• Support students one-on-one or in small groups in a school-based environment
• Communicate efficiently with teachers, administrators, and families when needed
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually enhance service quality
