- Contract
- Hybrid - M-W in office, Thursday & Friday is WFH.
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Deep understanding of and experience in product management principles and best practices in hospitality, eCommerce, and/or Information Technology.
- Demonstrated success managing web and mobile projects with IT/technical integration.
- Strong communication skills to articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders.
- Innovative thinking to drive product innovation and differentiation.
- Change management expertise for organizational transitions and change initiatives.
- Strong decision-making skills for complex challenges.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners.
- Strategic planning skills to execute product strategies aligned with goals.
- Performance management skills to set goals, track progress, and drive accountability.
- Deep understanding of business dynamics, market trends, and customer needs.
- Leadership skills to inspire, mentor, and coach cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, CMS, Digital Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Full Story, Quantum Metrics).
- Experience using project management tools (Jira, Basecamp, VersionOne).
- 8 years of experience in product management or technical projects/programs, including senior or lead roles.
- Experience translating business requirements to technical requirements.
- Experience building and leading a team of technical product managers.
- Experience planning requirements, identifying risks, managing schedules, and communicating with cross-functional partners.
- MBA and/or equivalent work experience.
- Certified SCRUM Product Owner Certification.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for product initiatives.
- Define and prioritize product features for maximum customer value.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Define and refine product requirements based on market feedback and analysis.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Act as a technical subject matter expert within the organization.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
