Drivers with two (2) years of verifiable Class A CDL experience are preferred; however, we also welcome recent CDL graduates who are eager to start their careers. We provide the support and training needed to help you succeed.
We believe in second chances. Qualified applicants with felony convictions are encouraged to apply. Employment decisions are based on the nature of the offense, job-related qualifications, driving history, and applicable regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Ability to pass required DOT drug screening
- Safe driving record
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Commitment to safety and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Two (2) years of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience preferred
- Experience operating manual transmission trucks
- Experience hauling dry van, refrigerated (reefer), flatbed, tanker, or specialized freight
- Knowledge of load securement and cargo safety
- Experience using Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
