Checotah Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Dietary Supervisor! PTO, Medical, Dental, and Vision available to Full Time Employees. The Dietary Supervisor oversees the dietary staff and food service operations. We are looking for a compassionate, organized leader to fill this role. Job Duties Plan menus while maintaining budget and stock Adapt meals for special diets and medical needs Enforce strict food safety laws Maintain a clean and functional kitchen and dining area Keep logs for food storage and temperatures Hire, train, and supervise dietary staff Create work schedules Other duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Strong understanding of geriatric nutrition Previous supervisory experience in LTC or food service CDM or CFPP preferred Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screen #J-18808-Ljbffr PharmcareUSA
