Responsibilities Managing data system that facilitates how to input, track, analyze and reports on progress towards key financial outcomes. Manage forecasting and planning systems. Work with IT and Finance team to ensure financial systems and core accounting are compliant with all regulations and cybersecurity best practices. Qualifications 4-year Accounting or Finance degree. CPA required. 10+ years Finance & Accounting experience. Desired Skills & Experience Tech savvy and good communicator (must be good with Excel). Yardi Software. Property Management/Real Estate industry experience.
