The Sr. Manager, Quality Assurance Compliance is primarily responsible for developing and maintaining quality programs, systems, and procedures to ensure compliance with policies and regulations. You will lead audit preparations, resolve findings, and collaborate with auditing groups. Specifics include:In this role, a typical day will include: Oversee teams managing Quality Systems and Supplier Quality processes to ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Health Authority, and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standardsDesign and implement processes for an effective Quality System, including self-inspections, supplier qualifications, Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes, and SOP complianceFacilitate the implementation of the Quality Strategy and support governance processesIdentify opportunities for improved process efficiencies and implement changesAdvise on policy, conduct training sessions, and manage quality systems to ensure regulatory complianceMake key decisions affecting team operations, requiring advanced leadership, project management, problem-solving, and communication skillsEnsure all associates adhere to Good Practice (GxP) regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, and completing required trainingContribute to the overall compliance of the organization and commit to continuous improvementAll associates must adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training. Associates are responsible for meeting their individual job requirements and contributing to the overall compliance of the organization. Compliance with regulatory requirements and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential to our operations​.Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school+15 yrs. Assoc.+11 yrs.; M.S.+4 yrs.; PhD+3 yrs.)
