Position Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides compassionate, patient-centered nursing care based on individualized patient needs. This position performs nursing duties in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures while working under the direction and delegation of the Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Accurately document patient care and assessments
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and facility staff
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Kansas LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
