Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive pay ($16.00-$21.00 an hour)

Responsibilities:

As a Caregiver 1st Shift, you will:

• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment

• Take clients on walks, trips to social events or medical appointments, assist with hobbies, or run errands

• Perform light housekeeping

• Perform personal care activities contained in a written assignment by the Supervisor, including but not limited to assisting clients with activities of daily living such as:

  • Personal hygiene (assisting with bathroom needs, bathing, oral care, skin care, and hair care)

  • Ambulation

  • Eating

  • Dressing

  • Shaving

  • Meal preparation (No worries, you don't need to be a gourmet chef!)

• Maintain accurate care records

• Communicate effectively with the care team

The Caregiver 1st Shift role provides an opportunity to build meaningful relationships while making a positive impact every day.

Working Environment:

• Primarily works in clients' residences; travel may be required.

• Shift times and days vary with client needs.

Our Caregiver 1st Shift team members work directly with clients to deliver compassionate, personalized care and support.

Requirements:

• We are looking for daytime availability between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM

• High school diploma and/or G.E.D. certificate

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

• Must have a current and valid driver's license and be able to operate a vehicle in compliance with all applicable laws safely

• Ability to pass background checks
