Plant Maintenance MechanicThe positions available are a 4x4 schedule on Graves (6:00PM – 6:12AM) or 5x2 schedule on days (6:00AM - 2:30PM), plus overtime support for openings and multi-day maintenance jobs. The schedule depends on team placement which will be determined based on experience level, skillsets described in the interview, and current department needs.Pay Range: $41.50 - $43.64. This role includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus, subject to a three-year repayment agreement.In the role of a Plant Maintenance Mechanic working at the Coors Brewery in Golden Colorado you will be part of the Packaging Maintenance team, supporting Production Operations. You will be responsible for playing an important role in ensuring that our production facility is running smoothly so we can make as much of our great beer as possible. Must have sufficient experience in an industrial maintenance environment. Skills must include the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues, including corrective adjustments, timing changes, modifications, and part replacements in a timely manner to improve production efficiency. Must be able to respond to breakdown calls, while also balancing planned preventative and corrective work.
