Program Support Assistant

Program Support Assistant
Major duties include but are not limited to:
- Maintains a system of records for assignment and installation of ICB scanners and maintains an access database that organizes information from the system of records for each area of responsibility.
- Uses this database to compile information and generate reports for internal program review and those required by outside regulatory bodies, reporting monthly to the VASNHCS Resource Council and Integrity & Compliance Committee.
- Identifies end-user training needs and delivers established educational programs and instructional materials to users and support staff at all levels of the organization, following curricula and content approved by the supervisor.
- Monitors end user satisfaction and reports findings to the supervisor.
- Monitors new clinic creation and ensures all staff are notified promptly.
- Performs annual inventories of ICB equipment and responds to equipment-related issues upon notification.
- Monitors ICB compliance daily and provides facility, department, section, or individual-level data upon request.
Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 0730 - 1600
