Desktop Technician

Assist with software and hardware lifecycle management, including research, packaging, quality assurance, and deployment preparation. Set up and configure new users, including desktops/laptops, email, LDAP, and VPN accounts. Provide technical support to local and remote employees for desktop, account, access, and internal service issues. Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues on employee desktops and laptops. Perform desktop and mobile device installations, configurations, imaging, and troubleshooting. Provide responsive, customer-focused support while maintaining a high level of service for end users. Required Skills – Top 3 Non-Negotiables Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS environments. Experience with Active Directory and user/account administration. Experience with desktop installations, configurations, imaging, and troubleshooting. Preferred Skills Strong customer service and communication skills. Experience troubleshooting desktop and mobile devices.
