  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (or 7:30 AM 4:30 PM)
  • Shift: Full-time, 40 hours/week
  • Experience: Outpatient Urology and surgical first assisting experience required
  • Certifications: Active license, DEA required, BC certification

Pay & Benefits:

  • Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in urology outpatient clinic settings providing specialized patient care
  • Support surgical procedures as a first assistant at least one day per week
  • Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement patient treatment plans
  • Manage and document patient interactions, ensuring compliance with clinical standards
  • Provide education and support to patients regarding urological health
  • Participate in on-call coverage responsibilities, including weeknight, weekend, and overnight shifts
  • Contribute to a multidisciplinary team focused on patient-centered care

What You Need:

  • Active licensure and DEA registration
  • Outpatient urology and surgical first assisting experience
  • Certification in relevant specialties
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in inpatient/outpatient settings
  • Ability to handle call responsibilities effectively
