Overview As a Sr. Technology Advisor, you are responsible for finding new and innovative ways to meet new clients and influencers to drive system sales. This role is less about selling any particular product (though we do expect product expertise). Instead, your part is an evangelist for the technologies we represent and how they can enhance our clients' homes and lives. You are not new to working with high net worth individuals and understand the nuance of large projects with many design and review layers. You can recognize the opportunity and hazards in the design cycle and understand the consultative sales process. Responsibilities Constant effort towards reaching new architects, designers, and other influencers to gain access to the most significant projects. Know the market and the other firms you will be competing against for attention. Engage new opportunity, documenting the needs and converting them into actionable system proposals Engage with and maintain a high-level understanding of the technologies we offer Weekly reporting of accomplishments and market strategies. Professional Qualifications At least three years experience in the sales and marketing of home automation and entertainment systems. Strong product knowledge of our key manufacturing partners Ability to communicate responsively and professionally in person and in writing with an eye for detail. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Teams, and D-Tools System Integrator.
