Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney

We are working closely with a boutique real estate-focused firm seeking a junior to mid-level associate (1+ years' experience) to join its commercial real estate group.

The practice handles a steady flow of sophisticated transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development work for a range of institutional and business clients. Attorneys take on meaningful responsibility early, with direct deal exposure and hands‑on experience throughout the full lifecycle of transactions.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of commercial real estate experience in a law firm setting
• Experience with acquisitions/dispositions, leasing, dirt work and development, and/or financing
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
• JD and active bar membership
