Physiatry - Medical Director - Inpatient Rehab

Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehab physician to serve as Medical Director for our inpatient rehab facility. This role combines daily patient care with administrative leadership in a MondayFriday schedule. Responsibilities include conducting daily inpatient rounds, managing and coordinating medical care for rehab patients, providing medical oversight and leadership for the facility, supporting quality initiatives, clinical protocols, and compliance, and collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams.

Qualifications:

MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
Strong leadership and communication skills

Schedule: MondayFriday, no nights or weekends

Compensation: Competitive compensation, additional Medical Director stipend, balanced schedule with leadership opportunity
