Social Media StrategistThe Social Media Strategist is responsible for the day-to-day operational success of the paid social campaign activations, specifically dedicated to planning and activating paid social advertising strategies for our automotive clients across the US. This person collaborates with planning, operations, and analytics to bring their clients innovative, integrated social media campaign activations.Responsibilities:Act as primary day-to-day client contact, working as the Most Trusted Advisor to support all client business needs and meet objectives and benchmarks month over monthWork with planning and operations teams to ensure all campaigns are seamlessly executedDevelop strategic paid social media recommendations in support of client requests that outline platform recommendations, implementation details (placements, formats), success measurement, and timelinesPlace social media advertising campaigns across Meta, Reddit, X, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat based on the approved campaign strategyUtilize advanced targeting strategies to execute complex campaigns, including custom audiences, third-party data, exclusion lists, lookalike audiences, and moreOptimize campaign buys to ensure budgets are spent as effectively as possible each monthDevelop in-depth campaign reports in partnership with the analytics team that outline insights on media delivery, engagement, creative, website traffic, attribution, and key learningsQualifications:3+ years of professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience with paid social advertisingProficiency with Meta, Reddit, X, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat that includes a clear understanding of each platform's core features, as well as a technical understanding of each network's advertising capabilitiesProficiency with both Business Manager and Ad Manager dashboards for all core platforms, including ad placement, budget management, pixel creation, offline event sets, and advanced reportingExperience handling large media budgets and developing insights based on campaign resultsHave strong project management and organizational skills being able to manage multiple projects and campaigns at onceExperience campaign tracking and efficiency tools utilizing tools like Sprinklr, Adobe Analytics, Asana, Google Workspace, Monday.com, etc.Facebook Blueprint Media Buying Certification strongly preferredHave a passion for social media, be an avid user, and have a passion to stay in the loop on the latest social media trends, capabilities, and platformsSelf-motivated, well-organized, and assertive, with strong analytical and deductive skillsStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for effective client relationsExperience with retail and/or automotive strongly preferredAdditional information:Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
