About the Position
Our client is seeking experienced CDL A drivers for a part-time local reefer delivery assignment in Fontana, California. This position features home-daily routes, early morning start times, and refrigerated freight delivery. The assignment is temporary and offers $32.00 per hour.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $32.00 per hour
- Schedule: Part-time; days may vary
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Start times: Between 4:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., depending on the route
- Route schedule: Local and home daily

Job Details

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver refrigerated freight on local routes
- Safely operate tractor-trailer equipment in compliance with DOT regulations
- Perform routine vehicle inspections
- Safely load, unload, and move products as needed
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and required paperwork
- Follow all applicable safety and transportation regulations
Minimum Requirements
- Valid California Class A CDL
- 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Reefer delivery experience
- Ability to operate a manual transmission without an automatic restriction
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record, with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
